We ship worldwide from Monday to Saturday from the warehouses of our providers and merchants. Orders placed on Sunday or Holidays will be processed on next business day. If the items in your order are out of stock, we will notify you by email.
After your payment has been processed and your order request received, we ask for 1 - 4 business days for verification and quality control of the product. After that the package will be shipped from the warehouse of our provider, we will notify you by email with all the delivery information and a track and trace code if available.
The average shipping time is 2 - 20 business days, depending of your country and the shipping destination.
Please note that we have suppliers from all over the world. It means that the delivery can be carried out from the warehouses located in different countries and sometimes the delivery can take more time than specified in average delivery time. It's related to the postal service wich carries out the delivery.
Besides, sometimes other conditions can make influence on a shipping time, such as weather, holidays etc.
Of course we do our best to help our customers in getting their orders as soon as possible.
As soon your package leaves the warehouse of the merchant and you received a track-and-trace code from us, we are not responsible anymore for your package. In case of delivery delay or missing your package you must contact the delivery agent (DHL, UPC or other delivery agent). Refund of your money is not possible in that case.
